Our Billing & Payment Requirements
Because of our streamlined approach to providing affordable services, all customers are required to place a valid debit or credit card on file with our office. Payments are charged to the card you have on file with us.

Payment Options
For customers we offer two payment options:
Option 1: EasyPay: Just order the service(s) you want and we will charge your checking or credit/debit card for each service 1 to 4 days after it has been rendered.

Option 2: Full Season Prepayment Discount: You can take advantage of our 7% discount by prepaying for the entire season when you sign up for service (only available for full season customers). If you would like to take advantage of this option, just check the prepayment option when you order.

Check Processing Policy ACH/Credit/Debit card
By ordering or signing up for service you authorize Turf and Lawn Care to process any and all amounts, charges, and/or payments due to Turf and Lawn Care to your checking account or debit/credit card. And you agree to pay your debit/credit card issuer according to their terms.  

Declined Card Procedures
We understand that cards are lost, changed, stolen, and are sometimes declined due to low funds on a particular day. In the event your card is declined, we will attempt to contact you for updated card information. However, service will be interrupted until updated credit card information is on file

The following services are provided on a time and material basis.

  • Spring cleanup and Fall leaf      cleanup
  • Trimming of shrubs, bushes &      hedges
  • Cultivating and weeding planting      beds
  • Mulch deliver and      installation

Your card will be charged for labor and material used, upon completion of these services.
