Why are you able to mow my lawn and provide services at such an affordable price?

Our company has been streamlined in every way. By using debit and credit cards for payment we eliminate a lot of time, postage, and paperwork. In addition, we have our routes set up very close to allow for minimum drive time. We also use satellite imagery and town information to determine your lot size without having to drive to your home to give you an estimate. By using e-mail we are able to provide our clients with great customer service in an efficient manner.

Your prices are great, has my current landscaper been overcharging me?
No, your current landscaper most likely has larger overhead because they focus on all facets of landscaping. Our services are unique and require carefully monitored overhead cost control. In turn, by controlling our costs we are able to offer customers our services at an affordable price.

What if I don't have a Debit or Credit card but I still want you're mowing service?
We also offer a Full Season Prepayment Discount option: You can take advantage of our 7% discount by prepaying for the entire season when you sign up for service (only available for full season customers). If you would like to take advantage of this option, just check the prepayment option when you sign up and indicate that you will be sending a check by mail. Once we receive notification of your sign up, we will contact you with the cost of the full season of service along with the 7% discount. Then just mail your payment by check or money order to the address on our Contact Us page. We will schedule service and add you to our route list at that point.

Will I receive any statements or bills in the mail?
No, in order to offer these affordable prices we do not send our mailings to every customer. However, upon request, we can provide you with information on services dates, and payments made.

What if I am not happy with your service?
We are confident that you will be pleased with our services, but if for some reason you choose to cancel service you may do so at any time, however there is a 6 mow minimum. This is in place because to add a customer to our system and reorganize our routing to accommodate a new customer takes some time. We cannot take this time for just one mowing. You must give a notice 48 hours prior to your next scheduled service date. No weekend cancellations for the following Monday. Please visit our Service Details & Pricing page for all the details.
